"I was referred to Erie Canal Endodontics by my regular dentist for a root canal. When I went in initially, I was treated very kindly by the staff. Doctor Pauly was very kind, gentle, and professional. They explained everything, gave me my options and scheduled me right away. I don't have a fear of dentists, but I'm not a big fan of the pain. Mainly from having to hold my mouth open for so long! Dr Pauly gave me a sponge-like thing to bite on so my mouth could be open and I could relax my jaw! I really appreciated that.
She worked gently and efficiently, asked me periodically how I was doing and allowed me to take a break. After all was said and done I left with no more pain! And to my surprise...I received a phone call the next day, not from someone in the office, but from the Doctor herself to ask how I was doing!! I don't know of anyone that does that. I would highly recommend this place for any dental care!"
